WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Be responsible for our Talent Operations for North Asia (China, Japan & Korea)-
- Reserve conference rooms, schedule phone screens, onsite interviews and debrief meetings with recruiters, managers and interview teams- Utilize HRIS and ATS for Talent Acquisition administration- Facilitate offer letters/employment agreements and background checks- Other duties and special projects as assigned to support the success of the talent acquisition team
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience of working within the China market from a TA point of view- Fluent in Mandarin- Experience handling complex calendaring and other logistics on behalf of others-
- Genuine passion for the recruitment profession and/or talent operations, while possessing the drive to make a difference in our growing business- 1-3 years experience working in a Talent Acquisition organization- Microsoft Outlook experience is a must- Workday experience a plus- A sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize- A positive attitude with a dedication to problem solving and delivery- Desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment- Extremely solid attention to detail, communication skills, sense of ownership and responsibility to be a change agent to make us all better- Aptitude to quickly pick-up things, and learning agility to adapt to new approaches
