Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with in-house team members to ensure translations meet the quality standards _
- Handle overseas business account _
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all customers and source for new clients in asia/overseas market _
- Experienced in handling shipping documentation will be advantage _
- Liaise/ co-ordinate with suppliers/shipping agency/customers _
- Previous career or experience in manfacturing for vietnam market will be plus point _
- Handles and oversees other duties and responsibilities as assigned _
- contact all clients on related overseas sales target market indoor outdoor sales _
- Assist the director in all paper work matters translated in vietnam preferably _
- Assist to be the Liaison officer with the respective pool of overseas customers to maintain/update records _
- Liaising with vendors/suppliers for overseas orders for quotation, arrangement of delivery order and invoicing matters _
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the immediate manager _
- General clerical duties and to work closely with admin department _
- Good ability to work under pressure, communication and patience _
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills _
- Good analytical and problem solving skills _
- Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines _
- Able to exercise initiative and provide support and service to customers _
- Multi-lingual with proficiency in more than one asean/ vietnam language will be an added advantage _
- Fluent English and Vietnam (spoken and written )_
