We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Vice President, CEO Office.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Work with Head of Strategy to serve as liaison between staff, Exco and CEO for business updates, key strategic narratives, employee well-being and strategic project updates
- Support CEO in planning and managing key meetings with Senior Global, Local and external stakeholders; understand meeting objectives, participants expectations and support CEO preparation by creating executive summaries and key messages to help CEO drive optimum meeting outcomes
- Support in CEO’s decision process through prioritization, effective use of time and information
- Management of CEO’s key external correspondence with Regulators, Industry bodies and important external stakeholders; receive updates, create summaries, coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare response, conduct pre meetings and align key messages
- Provide Secretariat support for key decision making committees
- Support in Integration of HSBC Life and AXA Singapore through aligning of key management meetings and forums across multiples lines of businesses
- CEO Score card management and tracking

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Prior working experience in management consulting for Insurance vertical/expertise and/or working with Insurance companies in Strategy and Planning, CEO office function
- Good understanding of Singapore Life Insurance industry
- Ability to comprehend business documents across multiple functions and create relevant executive summaries for senior management consumption
- Excellent PowerPoint, business writing and documentation skills, analytical skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills, Problem solving, stakeholder management
- Ability to create senior management/executive friendly narratives
- Experience in collaborating with cross functional stakeholders
- Proven experience in tracking and management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects will be an added advantage
- At least 8-10 years experience
