DESIGNATION : Junior Accountant/Accountant (AP)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Accountant**

Kaplan Singapore is looking for an Accountant to manage financial transactions, from payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Detail-oriented, professional, and able to adapt to different situations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- AP functions -Process AP invoices, payments and month end related journals, payroll journals & provision for bonus
- E-claims, travelling & entertainment claim, petty cash claim and month end related journals
- Inter-companies recharge billing: payroll and reimbursements
- Quarterly GST reporting
- Balance sheet and audit schedules
- Expenses analysis and commentaries

QUALIFICATIONS

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA /
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Handling of partial or full sets of accounts
- Knowledge of GST and local tax regulations preferred
