Develop a territory Sales plan including a list of target accounts.
- Strategize and execute growth plan for Partners for Sell-To and Sell-Through.
- Prospecting (any and every existing channels, current Customers, Linkedin, exhibitions,) to generate sales leads within target accounts, especially Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing industry for robotics and Healthcare industry for med tech.
- Division/ Department BSG New Business Division
- Use company’s customer relationship management system (CRM) to manage all customer interactions.
- Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solution can meet customers’ needs.
- Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions.
- Know the market, competitors, industries for the new product.
- Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers, including relationships at senior management levels.
- Conduct demo of product and manage POC.
- Understand Konica Minolta’s robotics offering and be able to communicate its capabilities simply and effectively to internal and external customers.
- Use our portfolio of products and solutions to position our offering as market leading.
- Ideate solutions that may sometimes require integrations with other products and solutions.
- Close sales and diligently work towards hitting sales budget for quarter and year.
- Followcompany sales processes including sales orders and other relevant documentation.
- Take responsibility for explaining our offering during customer demonstrations, paid trials / proof of concepts and post sales implementation.
- Meet revenue target.
- Must have enough technical background to assess and articulate the customers’ needs to solutioning team.

Desired Skills, Experience and Required Qualification
- Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot/etc), IoT solutions, logistic automation solutions.
- Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and healthcare industry
- Strong Business and Financial acumen and judgement
- Strong analytical, planning, project management and execution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations forcustomers, partners and senior

management.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales and delivery operations, and strategic partnership management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related discipline.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
