**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is required.
- Strong experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( **GAAP**).
- Minimum of 5 years in a Financial Controller or Finance Manager role, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
- Exceptional analytical and technical accounting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver on tight timelines while managing competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a meticulous approach to problem-solving.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- A solid understanding of financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
