**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Daily Operations**:

- Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and the right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines.
- Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
- To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
- Ensure cleaning processes, workplace environment and that of our staffs comply and meet quality guidelines and standards
- Conduct any necessary investigations and respond to the corresponding corrective measures to prevent a reoccurrence upon feedback from the customer.
- Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards

**Requirements**:

- High level of flexibility and adaptability and willingness to learn
- Minimum Degree with basic English proficiency
- Able to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and innovative
