To support our mission, we're seeking a Team Manager for our Mowing Team.

**What does a Team Manager Mowing do, you ask?**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for a team of Mower Operators that support our work across the Queenstown region. As the team lead, you will maintain a hands on approach, helping build a team who are focused and driven to achieve excellence and pride in what they do while exceeding our clients expectations.

**What we're looking for**:

- High work ethic, not shy of getting on the ground to support your team
- Ability to go the extra mile for clients
- A full, clean class 1 drivers licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle (essential)
- Top notch planning and organisational skills allowing you to manage your workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as internal and external stakeholder engagement is a large component of this leadership role
- Lead health and safety awareness and knowledge within your team
