Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you must be passionate and resourceful in driving quality recruitment delivery of IT professionals (such as Network Engineer, System Analyst, Project/Programme Manager, Cybersecurity, AI, Robotics Solution Architect and Data Scientist)

Your day to day job scopes include:

- Partnering with hiring manager to complete a detailed job specifications, fine-tune sourcing strategies, prioritization of roles and agreed timeline for the recruiting process
- Facilitate arrangement of interviews
- Proactively identify and suggest areas for improvement by developing and implementing effective, business-outcome changes / additions to employment policies, practices and procedures in order to achieve the strategic intent in the Company’s thrust in talent attraction
- Collaboration with team on projects such as Career Fair, Mass Recruitment and other Recruitment Campaigns
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring legal compliance and cost effectiveness

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Recruitment experience within the IT industry preferred;
- Experience in managing Volume Hiring and able to work in fast pace environment
- At least 3-5 years’ mix of experience in an in-house recruitment role and recruiting agency
