Royce Dental Academy is a fast-growing dental education provider committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on courses for dental professionals. Our mission is to upskill and empower dentists through practical, clinically relevant training led by experienced local and international speakers.

We are seeking a highly organised, driven, and proactive Assistant to support the Manager of Royce Dental Academy. This dynamic role involves a combination of business development (BD), logistics & operations, and administrative support, with a strong preference for someone who has prior experience in the dental industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_Business Development _**
- Brainstorm and execute marketing and outreach strategies to grow our participant database and course enrolment.
- Network with dental professionals to promote RDA’s offerings and build long-term relationships.

**_Course Operations and Logistics _**
- Assist in end-to-end course planning and logistics, including:

- Organising course venues, catering, flights, transportation, and accommodation for speakers.
- Sourcing materials and equipment needed for courses (e.g. dental instruments, pig jaws), and ensuring timely delivery.
- Printing and binding lecture notes, preparing attendance sheets, certificates, feedback forms and tokens of appreciation for speakers.
- Provide on-site support during courses (including weekends), ensuring smooth setup, execution, and tear-down.

**_Administrative Support _**
- Maintain organised records of registrations, participant data, and logistics checklists.
- Assist the Manager with ad-hoc tasks and ongoing project support as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior **clinical or operational experience**in a dental clinic or dental setting.
- Familiarity with **dental instruments, procedures, and terminology**is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in event planning or education-related roles is a bonus.

**Work Schedule & Expectations**:

- Standard weekdays with occasional **weekend work**during course events (Off-In-Lieu will be granted).
- Must be based in Singapore and able to travel for outreach or event support when required.
