The **Teaching Specialist **is a role focused on teaching and curriculum development. You will be given opportunities to participate in a broad range of internal programs which are highly related to course delivery and student developing.

**What you will be involved in**:

- **Teaching Classes**
- Conducting virtual Mathematics classes and achieving student set outcomes
- Track students' progress and partner closely with parents
- Actively collect and analyse feedback from students to identify areas for improvement in the products and implement necessary changes

**Your must-haves/ should-haves**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree. STEM-related majors (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) preferred. Achievements in Mathematics and related competitions are a big plus.
- 1-2 years of prior teaching/ tutoring experience will be preferred.
- Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry. Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground-up.
- Able to work under pressure and is proactive. Willing to take on expanded responsibilities and confidence in becoming a business leader for TAL in the future.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking student's parents.
- Team player. Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and posseses a growth mindset
- An all-around talent, down-to-earth, and possessing a "big picture" mindset. Focused on long-term career development
- **Hybrid position with flexibility: mandatory to be in office on Wednesdays, half day for the remaining working days**
