Job responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementation of ISO 14000 & ISO45001 and local certifications for new business entity.
- Provide support for ISO and local certifications for new business entity.
- Identify applicable legal requirement and standard for new business entity.
- Identify all applicable license and permits for new business entity.
- Conduct HSE training / inspection / committee meeting
- Conduct Internal Audit (ISO14000, ISO45001)
- Conduct routine site walk about and suggest improvement measures
- Assist in Investigating Incident/Near Miss and provide follow up action and recommendation
- Assist in coordinating emergency evacuation exercise and updating ERP
- Advice on Health, Safety and Environment issue e.g. recommendation for unsafe act/condition, sharing of good practice from other industry etc.
- Liaise with relevant authorities on HSE matters & license
- Provide update and advice on regulation pertaining to relevant authorities e.g. MOM, SCDF, NEA, BCA etc.
- Assist is developing/update document such as RA, SWP, PTW, etc
- Review of contractor MS, RA, SWP, PTW documentation, conduct safety briefing to contractor before work commence, and monitor of their work to ensure organization safety standard is compiled
- Advocate and administrator of Behavior Based Safety program

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Health, Safety & Environment or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HSE field
- Experienced in ISO14001 and ISO45001 development and implementation.
- Preferred trained internal auditor for ISO14001 and ISO45001
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
