**About Our Client**:
- An equipment manufacturer striving to offer cutting-edge products and inventive solutions to the sophisticated **semiconductor assembly and packaging sector.**:
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Location: North Coast Salary Package: Up to $9,000 basic

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, produce, and install components to meet specified requirements.
- **Manage the entire product development process **, including design, testing, manufacturing, and deployment.
- Identify and address issues or deficiencies in products through analysis and resolution.
- Conduct experiments and assessments to improve product designs.
- Use CAD technology for creating plans and designs.
- Assess the overall performance, reliability, and safety of finished products.
- Estimate project budgets and timelines accurately.
- Create technical documentation for machine operators.
- Ensure that products meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and fellow engineers.
- Coordinate with vendors to finalize modules. Handle mechanical documentation responsibilities effectively.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) required.
- Experience in mechanical engineering field essential.
- Proficiency in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs required.
- Ability to conduct simulations and analyze test data.
- Strong aptitude for writing clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Minimum of **7 years of technical experience in Semiconductor environment preferred **; other industrial experience with equipment knowledge welcome.
- Experience in troubleshooting PC-based fully automatic equipment in semiconductor and other industrial settings.
