**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote language programmes
- Support production of promotional materials including social media posts, EDMs, flyers, and videosTrack campaign effectiveness and compile performance reports

**Market Development & Outreach**:

- Identify and engage potential leads from immigration, relocation, and study abroad markets
- Assist in outreach to schools, agents, relocation firms, and community groupsHelp organise events, info sessions, and partnership activities to promote brand awareness

**Content & Communication**:

- Draft engaging bilingual content for social media, blogs, and internal newsletters
- Respond to basic customer inquiries on digital platforms and forward leads to the admissions teamCoordinate translations and localisation when targeting international markets

**Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Identify new marketing channels and student acquisition opportunities, particularly in the new immigrant and expatriate communities

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, education, or service industries preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
- Interest in education, languages, and cross-cultural communities
- Strong writing and communication skills (English; Chinese or other languages a plus)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
