DESIGNATION : Technical Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the whole process management of the company's development projects, including demand, technical scheme, plan, design, implementation, testing and other phases
- Be responsible for the management and demand analysis, technical communication, project task decomposition, personnel management, work arrangement, progress control, resource coordination, etc. of the project team
- Sort out and solve various problems in the process of project implementation, and organize project members to analyze and solve the problems
- Complete the preparation of relevant documents
QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer related major, more than 5 years of technical development and architecture experience in software industry, and more than 3 years of project management experience in software industry
- Deeply understanding of Springcloud microservice architecture, be familiar with relevant technologies, including gateway, registry, load balancing, etc., and be familiar with the communication technology between microservices; At least three years of practical project experience in microservice technology
- Experience in SpringCloud architecture distributed deployment and performance debugging. Familiar with distributed, multi-threaded and high-performance design, coding and performance tuning
- Familiar with k8s container service, Docker container, and familiar with Jenkins installation, configuration and use
- Familiar with mobile development technology and deep understanding of IOS, Android native development and React Native& Flutter
- Proficient in using various project management tools, and possess good communication and document writing skills to liaise with stakeholders from China
- Have work enthusiasm, good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Strong control over the project and strong pressure resistance
- Experience in smart building project or smart community project is preferred
