**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE**

Alai Labs is actively looking to onboard passionate business development executives with right attitude.
We are looking for business development executives, who are passionate about sales & business development equipped with good communication skills. **Experience ** 3 - 5Yrs
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand clients' requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to meet clients' specific needs and address their challenges.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospects, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
- Drive sales through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
**Mandatory & desired skills**
- Passion towards business development & sales
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the sales industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Thrives under a sales-driven environment
- Good communication skills & reasonable logical skills

**Work Location: Singapore**
Pay: $1,860.16 - $5,960.68 per month
**Benefits**:
