**Job Description**:

- Undertake deep-dive research, financial modelling and conduct due diligence on companies/sectors with an objective to generate value-added and differentiated investment ideas
- Timely and regular publication of research reports with recommendations on these investment ideas
- Consistently promote the investment ideas to our clients and update them on the latest company/sector developments
- Actively initiate and participate in marketing roadshows and other client servicing efforts (e.g. NDRs, investor conferences)
- Assist in the production/coordination of thematic/sector research publications
- Support group investment banking division’s efforts to generate revenue
- To meet or exceed expectations based on agreed KPI, whichever is higher
- Compliance of all legal and regulatory requirements to achieve a high standard of integrity for RHB’s research team and product

**Qualifications**:

- Degree from a recognised university
- At least 5 to 6 years of experience in equity research
- Prior equity research experience in consumer and healthcare sectors (Highly valued)
- Front line industry experience in the sectors mentioned above (Highly valued)
- MBA degree or CFA title (Highly valued)
- Strong interest in investment analysis and passionate about equity markets
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (it’s a pre-requisite)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to communicate or present investment ideas in a clear and easy to understand manner
- Recognition from institutional clients on relevant sector coverage
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with others in a closely-knitted team, and yet be able to work independently
