We are working with a leading independent global private equity advisory firm that is looking to add an Analyst or Associate to the secondary advisory side of its private capital advisory team.
- **What the job involves**
As an Analyst or Associate in the team, you can expect to have responsibilities across the transaction process: from origination and execution through to project management and client relationship maintenance and development. The team itself is lean and will therefore offer plenty of scope for career progression.- Drafting and coordinating the preparation of pitch presentations, information memoranda and other marketing materials
- Supporting on deal origination through market analyses
- Full involvement of executing and project-managing client mandates
- Exposure to clients, buyers, sellers, legal counsels, financing providers and investors
- Proactively supporting the team's MD and VP
- Creating of financial models and business valuations
**Who we are looking for**
- Investment banking, secondary advisory or relevant corporate finance/sell side advisory experience with at least 1 to 4 years of experience
- Keen to develop a career in the private equity secondary market
- Experience in scoping and executing secondary transactions is advantageous and will be prioritized
- Exceptional academic credentials
- Professional qualification (e.g. CFA) is advantageous
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and a real interest in secondary transactions
