**Job Scope**:

- Sales acquisition for renovation projects (Verified leads will be provided)
- Space planning and Design Proposal
- Preparation of proposal based on clients’ requirements
- Project management for renovation works including site supervision and project coordination
- Schedule workflow to meet customers' dateline.
- Work closely with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth handover
- Travel to jobsite during renovation period
- Manage all projects from proposal to execution, and handover

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in Sketch Up, Photoshop & AutoCAD is preferred
- Committed, driven and self-motivated individuals
- Good communication skills and excellent time management
- Possess a positive and vibrant personality
- Ability to combine logical thinking with creative flair, with an eye for details
