**Title of project**:
Operation window optimization with process interaction study across multiple loops
**Description of project**:
Define the optimized operation window based on process interaction study across multiple loops as well as considering the manufacture capability.
**Scope**:
Your job scope (as an engineering intern) would likely involve supporting the operation window optimization for specific processes under the guidance of a senior engineer. Some specific tasks that you may be responsible could include:
- Understand the correlation with probe to inline metrics
- Understand the manufacturing capability of the specific processes
- Simulate the process interaction effect across multiple loops with the support of inline characterizations
- Troubleshoot the source of variations for inline and probe metrics
**Deliverables**:
- Clear metrics on the optimum operation window
- Recommendation and enable the process to operate within the window, define the challenges and future works
**Skillset Required**:
- Students pursuing Bachelor's degree in engineering,
