JR49159 INTERN - PIE PROCESS INTEGRATION(PI)
Description: Critical inline and electrical parametric performance monitoring and investigation
Job scope:
Supporting the regular inline and param monitoring and troubleshooting for CMOS processes under the guidance of a senior engineer. Some specific tasks that you may be responsible could include:
- Understand CMOS processes as well as electrical parametric testing mechanism and layout/structure
- Understand the quality concept for manufacturing such as 6 sigma and CpK
- Identify process opportunities on param performance improvement
Deliverable:
- Able to find out the root cause of param drifts
- Able to collaborate with other teams and work out the corrective and preventive actions to fix the param issue
