**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Greet customers upon entrance and provide excellent customer service by responding to their questions, setting up the machines for them to receive therapy, offering assistance, and providing recommendations.

2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

3. Maintain a well-stocked, organized, clean, and appealing store environment.

4. Assist in managing inventory levels by receiving, stocking, marking, and categorizing products.

5. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

6. Manage merchandise returns and exchanges quickly and effectively.

7. Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and sales initiatives.

8. Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.

9. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, escalating issues when necessary to management.

**Qualifications**:
1. Training will be provided.

2. Proven experience in a similar role within a retail health environment is a plus.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

4. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

5. Basic math skills for cash handling purposes.

6. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

7. Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and other store equipment.

8. Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.

9. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative as needed.
