**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Gather and analyze user requirements, prepare detailed functional specifications & related documents in compliance with organizational standards and procedures
- Main contact person between business users and technical team to ensure system and product requirement as well as timeline understanding are agreed and aligned
- Work with IT development team in system and product deliveries, and ensure all tasks assigned to the team meets the prescribed delivery schedule and quality
- Work closely with test management to formulate test strategy for end-to-end testing, support SIT, UAT and, deployment to production
- Facilitate communication with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables are delivered on time
- Provide coaching to junior level analyst and training to business Users
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

**Minimum Job Requirements**
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent level of computing discipline
- Minimum 5 years of IT/Software-focused business analyst or project management experience preferably in Telco/MVNO industry
- Proactive, positive can-do attitude and self-driven; able to plan and execute project activities with mínimal supervision
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and scope work
- Highly organized & attention to detail; ability to persuade and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bring stakeholders from across business units together and facilitate requirement sessions
- Ability to work with IT vendors and business stakeholders in multiple locations / countries
