**Running an area in fast-paced fashion retail, you ensure that the stores (1 Flagship + 8 Store) in your area inspire customers to explore their personal style. You are responsible for setting a strategy in line with country goals to maximize sales and profitability for an area. Together with the Area team, you support and lead the store teams to create the best shopping experiences in fashion retail. Always meeting the expectations of customers and colleagues, as well as following H&M routines and standard.**

Key responsibilities:_**
**_Selling_**
- You Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to enhance the shopping experience in the stores in your area, ensuring that sales target and country goals are reached.
- Ensure that the sales budget is established, achieved and constantly reviewed for opportunities.
- Follow up and evaluate sales KPIs with the Area team and Store Managers; initiate actions accordingly.
- Ensure, maintain and increase H&M standards of customer service in your area.
- Keep up-to-date with customer needs, competitor’s activities and market trends in the retail industry; initiate actions accordingly ensuring that H&M stays at the forefront of the market.
- Assess, optimize and follow up store’s store operations level, concept performance, as well as stock level aligned to customer’s behaviors and purchase trends in your area.
- Review and create business proposals on store layouts and visual levels together with the Area team and country management.
- Ensure that all sales campaign and activities are implemented with high level of commerciality and customer experience.

- You coach and guide Store Managers and the Area Team, driving team performance and Everyone is a Leader Mindset. You support, lead and manage your store and area teams to increase overall team satisfaction as well as results and customer experience in your area.
- Update the Area team and Store Managers on business performance, area and company goals and any other relevant issues - assess and ensure professional and personal goals of Store Managers and Area team are met.
- Ensure and execute recruitment process for store management and the Area team.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Store Managers and Area team members; drives performance through development reviews, as well as strong talent pipeline and succession planning.
