**Your key responsibilities**:
The Sales Specialist works with the Lead Salesperson to meet agreed sales and revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will generate detailed client / product knowledge, market knowledge and cultivate client relationships in order to generate sales opportunities. The Sales Specialist will work to develop deep understanding of the client need / product detail and Bank’s capabilities with the aim of meeting client satisfaction expectations. The Sales Specialist will be conversant relevant legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and operate accordingly. Together with the Lead Salesperson ensure liaison with existing clients. Researching and fostering new client opportunities. Building the necessary working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations staff - if applicable & to the degree that is commensurate with the business area - to ensure effective end to end client / product delivery.
- New sales wins, revenue growth and retention in a predefined portfolio as a Corporate Cash Management Product Sales Specialist across all Deutsche Bank’s markets in the APAC region.
- Engage key decision makers of the largest and most demanding clients advancing the relationships from 1) access 2) dialogue 3) material relationship 4) pipeline 5) mandate, to 6) strategic advisor
- Work closely with other regions and cross-divisional teams across the bank to deliver cutting edge, value added solutions to our clients
- Pro-active approach to sales, lead client engagement and pitches / presentations
- Respond to RFPs (request for proposal) as the global or regional lead.
- Identify and implement revenue opportunities for names assigned via cross-sell opportunities with divisional partners through ongoing discussions with clients
- Independently work through end-to-end preparation and coordination of regional / multi-country responses for RFP proposals and presentations, as well as the entire sales process, including following up with client requirements, scoping, solution structuring and supporting mandate execution with Implementation & Service teams.
- Work with the Corporate Cash Management Business Heads to roll-out initiatives, launch & follow through campaigns, commercialize solutions; locally, regionally, or globally.
- Completion of ad-hoc projects related to clients and accounts

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant cash sales or relationship management experience within a top tier international/ regional bank
- Prior experience in managing multinational corporates and complex cash deals across multiple regions
- Keen understanding of latest market and industry trends and regulations
- Proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win and close new businesses
- Strong presentation skills, inter-personal and organizational skills
- Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Strong financial & analytical skills
- Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions and solid knowledge in cash & liquidity management products
- Strong client engagement skills with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and growing business
- A strong team player who understands how to leverage various businesses functions/partners to drive business growth
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
