The Project Manager is responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects and in many cases, ongoing operations which are directed toward a common objective.
- This individual will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a Project or Programme, from Initiation to Closure.
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan;
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle and work with Business, internal IT stakeholders (Infra, Architects, IT security) and Solution Partners (vendor) to oversee all phases of the project, and to ensure that related project processes are completed as required (including infrastructure requirements, change management, system development, quality management, etc.);
- Work with various stakeholders across business to manage scopes and expectations to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters;
- Provide leadership and professional development for project teams in order to obtain a high level of co-operation and contribution from all project members; Ensure project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed and tracked. Ensures risks, assumptions and constraints are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary;
- Manage and/or validate financial forecasts, track on-going project expenditures and provides regular financial reporting to senior management; Track and manage vendor deliverables.

Skills & Experience：

1. A good university with at least 5 years' relevant Project Management experience, including managing banking projects of significant complexity (banking systems, example Temenos T24);
2. Strong leadership and management skill;
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
4. Bilingual in English and Chinese and able to travel to Taiwan for business trip.
