Reporting to the manager-in-charge, the ODPRT Research Administrator will provide pre
- and post
- award research grant administration support to researchers for all NUS Faculties and Research Centers.

Responsibilities will include:

- Disseminate and coordinate all activities relating to grant calls for assigned programmes, including proposal compliance and completeness verification checks
- Coordinate and facilitate internal reviews and evaluation, where necessary
- Liaise with sponsors and handle award notifications and project account creation
- Advise on and process request for project changes
- Monitor and facilitate submission of project/programme progress reports
- Maintain programme-level statistics and prepare related stakeholder reports, where necessary
- Work with relevant units to facilitate Fund Requisition process
- Ensure continuous project compliances to grant terms & conditions
- Other ad hoc duties, as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in grant or research administration would be advantageous.
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with good organisational and administrative skills.
- Able to work independently, and in a team, with self-awareness in meeting deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English language.
