**The responsibilities of this role are**:
To support the day-to-day operational and reporting matters in the areas of the University’s Central Reserves and Tuition Fee costing and review. Job function includes the consolidating of budget and cashflow requirements, preparing forecasts and long-term projections of the reserves, reporting to Senior Management and Board members, identifying opportunities for process improvement and costing of the University’s programmes for annual tuition fee proposal submission.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

The primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Budget, Planning & Monitoring
- Perform budgeting, forecast and long-term projections on the financial health of the Central Reserves for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the consolidating and review of cashflow and budget requirements.
- Perform variance analysis on changes in financial forecasts in order to provide value-added insights to changes in business environment to Senior Management and the Board.
- Monitor overall liquidity of the Central Reserves and respond to unbudgeted funding requirements.
- Perform allocation of approved budgets and/or budget supplementation requests and updates of cashflow projections arising during the year.
- Work with relevant units to facilitate accurate capturing of expenditure under the Central Reserves.

Business Partnering
- Work with business units to review and provide inputs to submitted funding proposals and ensure key funding information are included.
- Contribute to operational best practices through the review and alignment of current processes and assumptions to enhance efficiency.

RCM and Tuition Fee Review
- Compute cost per student of the University’s programmes and propose fee adjustments to the Senior Management.
- Work with Faculties and Units to incorporate relevant costs into projections.
- Update of Tuition Fees and Miscellaneous Fee tables.
- Liaising and clarifying with relevant parties on matters relating to Tuition Fees and costing.
- Provide inputs and recommendations to improve costing assumptions/approaches.

Other Duties
- Assist in any other accounting related functions and reporting requirements.
- Presentation to the Management or stakeholders when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent awarded by a recognised University, preferably with at least **2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.**:

- Working knowledge in **SAP and BPC will be an advantage.**:

- Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and apt in learning new system/software.
- Meticulous, resourceful, with positive work attitude, hands-on, responsive and adaptive to changes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
- A team player who can contribute constructively and work independently
