**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities:
**Warehouse Management & Order Fulfilment**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining accurate recordsand conducting regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper labelling and tagging of products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and monitordelivery routes.

**Delivery Coordination**:

- Perform delivery duties as needed, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods.
- Handle customer interactions during deliveries, ensuring a high level of service.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouseoperations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, deliveries, and other warehouse activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
- Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items
