**Job Summary**:The Warehouse Officer is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes accurate receiving, storage, inventory management, and timely dispatch of goods. The role also involves maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment and assisting with related administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Receiving and Inspection**:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify against delivery orders or invoices.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.

2. **Storage and Inventory Management**:

- Store goods in designated locations with appropriate labeling and organization.
- Conduct routine stock checks and report any variances.
- Assist in updating inventory management systems to maintain accurate records.
- Plan and organize the layout of the warehouse to enhance efficiency and maintain neatness.

3. **Order Fulfillment**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch based on delivery schedules.
- Ensure secure and proper packing to minimize damage during transit.

4. **Dispatch and Logistics**:

- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods for deliveries and shipments.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel and logistics partners to facilitate timely dispatch.

5. **Safety and Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Comply with safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of warehouse equipment and materials.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of warehouse tools and equipment.

6. **General Support**:

- Support warehouse administrative duties such as record-keeping and document filing.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

**Requirements**:

- **Preferred: NITEC or Technical Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field**
- **Education**:Secondary School Certificate or NITEC (O-Level or equivalent)
- **Experience**:Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not essential.
- **Skills**:

- Familiarity with basic inventory systems is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle loads up to 20kg.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to follow instructions.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is primarily based in a warehouse environment, with varying temperatures and physical activity.
- Standard working hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional overtime as required.
