  • Team Support : Assist in training new warehouse staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Customer Service : Address customer inquiries regarding order status and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse officer
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
