We are looking for Solar Project Engineer who would be responsible in overseeing the execution of solar energy projects from pre to post-construction and handover of the system to clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site feasibility study and provide the best suitable options
- Complete Solar PV system design, calculation and prepare technical, scheduling proposals and drafting of technical specifications using industrial softwares
- Produce drawing of solar panel arrangment and stringing layout using AutoCAD software
- Perform computer simulation of solar PV system performance to optimize efficiency
- Design mechanical racking and attachment plan
- Create electrical schematics and single-line electrical drawings, propose sizing of cabling and trunking including details on interconnection and labelling
- Review tender technical requirements
- Review, budgeting and selection of Solar PV system components and parts
- Manage the project schedule, resource planning and budget control including material take off, manpower planning, time & quality control
- Ensure compliance with all the specifications and requirements included in the contract
- To oversee and ensure timely completion of project
- Act as key personnel to liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)/ Clean/ Renewable Energy or other related field
- 3-5 years experience in project development
- Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVsyst), Helioscope, AutoCAD and construction modelling software
- Support business teams on technical material generation
- Resourceful and able to work independantly
- Good commucation skills and project management skills
- LEW certification/Construction Safety Course/Managing Work At Height Course/Workplace Safety & Health Risks Management Course would have added advantage
