Roles & Responsibilities

**Main Role**
- Coordination with Construction team/Civil Design Consultant/PE/construction subcontractor, etc. for Detail Design Development.
- Supports the Senior Construction Manager(Civil) in the execution of construction activities through management of the General Contractor and key Sub-contractors
- Institutes a culture of safety, quality, schedule and effectiveness. Oversees the implementation of the applicable processes and procedures to manage the Civil and Underground Services construction activities
- Provides leadership in the delivery of the Civils and Undergrounds Services work scope through expert knowledge of civil engineering and construction, hands-on experience in the delivery of highly serviced sites and management capability to balance the competing project requirements
- Liaises with Client and Design Team to make best decisions for the project that align with the project objectives
- Understands the design concepts, drawings and specifications
- Understands the project direction and drives the key milestones to achieve the required project schedule
- Assist ECMO on all the ECM matters
- Coordination with other sub-contractors and client to facilitate earth works and civil works
- Attend to RE and RTO on necessary testing and site inspection
- Compliance to client operation and safety requirements
- Sub-contractor and Vendor Management
- Construction Risk Management

**Qualification**
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
