Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in managing construction projects. The candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and supervise civil and structural works at project sites

· Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements, and reports

· Monitor work progress to ensure timely completion according to schedule and budget

· Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for project coordination

· Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements

· Provide technical solutions and resolve on-site issues

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

· Minimum 2–3 years of site/project management experience

· Strong knowledge of civil/structural works and local construction practices

· Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office

· Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

· Valid CSOC / safety certificate is an advantage

· Singaporean/PR preferred; foreigners may apply (subject to work pass eligibility)
