
Product Marketing Manager

**Description**:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who understands the music creation industry and will be responsible for creating go-to-market and engagement strategies that accelerate BandLab’s growth. You will work closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure prospective and current users understand the value of BandLab in order to drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Your experience in analyzing in-app behavioral data and your understanding of the competitive landscape will allow you to build strategies that ensure the success of our clients at each stage of their journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product features and updates that drive engagement and adoption
- Oversee and execute product release strategies, product messaging, and trial/upsell opportunities
- Analyzing local competition and strengthening the BandLab’s brand position in assigned regional areas
- Identify success metrics and measure the results of your strategies and initiatives to continuously iterate and maximize results
- Communicate new product features and updates to internal teams, ensuring they have the information needed to capitalize on the release
- Work closely with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on competitive landscape and feedback from customers
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Product Marketing Manager at a SaaS company or startup
- Experience building and executing marketing and go-to-market plans
- Ability to influence and motivate colleagues across cross-functional teams and in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Experience launching products or product features with cross-departmental alignment, and tailoring communications to different audiences, both internally and externally
- Knowledge of music production techniques is a must
- Organized & self-motivated. You hold yourself accountable for your decisions and meet deadlines when presented. You are always searching for the best solution
- A good communicator. You are able to clearly communicate your ideas and maintain communication channels effectively through lengthy projects and multiple stakeholders
- Humble and objective. You are able to provide, receive, and incorporate constructive feedback
**Location and Benefits**:
