- Develop and refine communications of existing toolkits and training materials for onboarding programmes
- Gather learning needs from our new hires and interns, and conduct research on onboarding activities to improve our onboarding programmes
- Design and deliver content (toolkits, training, activities, etc.) for our onboarding programmes to enhance the onboarding experience for our new hires and interns
- Participate in facilitation of various onboarding activities and support the end-to-end execution of our new hire and intern onboarding programmes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programmes and the individual components

**Requirements**:

- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
- Currently pursuing or enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related field
- High learning agility and open to varied projects and tasks
- Passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
- Possess excellent written, verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organised, and an efficient multitasker
- Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and growing together with us
