- Handle and processing full spectrum of Trade Finance transactions (Import /Export LC, Collection, Commodity Trade Finance, Invoice Financing, Trade Loans, BG, SBLC issuance).
- Review the LC workability and matching of terms and conditions for Back-to-Back LC issuance.
- Perform document checking independently for Import and Export as per LC terms and adhered to UCP rules and International Standard Banking Practices.
- Handle all settlements /preparation of all payments, disbursement of proceeds independently (MT103 /MT202)
- Perform TBML screening, identifying irregularities and red flags shown in documents for further escalation and approval. Monitor and
- through all trade finance related transactions from end to end.
- Ensure all transactions and tasks assigned are carried out are in accordance with the operating and compliance procedures.
- Ensure smooth processing day-to-day trade finance transactions within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Ensure daily funds reporting are accurate and timely to Treasury.
- Investigate on unreconciled transactions
- To participate in launching of new trade finance products, prepare and participate in UAT activities for system implementation/enhancement/migration activities.
- Liaise and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including IT, Corporate Banking Department, Legal and Compliance Department, Risk and Control Department, Treasury to ensure smooth facilitation of transaction.
- To review P&P annually and to involve in process improvement where applicable.
- Ensure any others assigned operations duties by supervisor are duly performed.
- To back up other team such as remittance and Corporate Banking Loans operations in case of needs.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant trade finance operations experience within the banking industry.
- Experience with Structured Trade and/or Commodity Trade Financing, BG and SBLC issuance will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn Deposit, Corporate Banking Loans and remittance functions.
- Possess good trade finance knowledge. CDCS qualifications will be an added advantage.
