Are you looking for a challenging role in trade finance operations?

This 18-month Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to equip recent graduates with broad experience in managing trade finance products, including working capital solutions.

You will work closely with specialists in trade finance operations to develop essential skills for a career in trade finance back office, middle office, and trade sales.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the processing of trade finance business for customers by providing specialized and process-driven advice within your area of activity.

You will collaborate with transaction banking teams, relationship managers, and other stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support trade finance operations team on various activities, such as carrying out trade finance business processes in accordance with rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Support operation team on end-to-end process handling documentary credit and/or guarantee transactions, working capital solutions transactions, including pre-processing & post processing tasks.

A successful completion of the program may lead to permanent employment opportunities, subject to overall strong performance during traineeship and business conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
