Trade Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Finance Specialist to manage our trade receivables and payables for physical product trading. Key responsibilities include managing trade data for month-end closing, providing receivables and payables information for cash flow planning, coordinating with operations on trade and shipment details, and processing payments.

This role requires strong knowledge of trade finance instruments such as L/Cs, bank guarantees, etc., excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade data for month-end closing
  • Provide receivables and payables information for cash flow planning
  • Coordinate with operations on trade and shipment details
  • Process payments and manage cash flow

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trade finance or trade settlement
  • Prior working experience with a commodities trading company required

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments (L/Cs, bank guarantees, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
