MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

- Digital Marketing with POND’S is a highway of experimentations, innovations and collaborations. We aim to establish best in class approach in social and influencer marketing, eCommerce, data driven marketing, and beauty tech.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- To spearhead the digital-first integrated communications across POND’S projects, drive futuristic thinking on eCommerce acceleration, social and influencer marketing, beauty tech, and digital innovations. You will need to provide strategic direction and lead execution with your team for the following workstreams:
- Develop and drive brand’s digital and data strategy. Creating strategic frameworks defining the core of the brand’s digital roadmap and executing it-
- Accelerate eCommerce growth by identifying and leading executions of strategic levers with global-regional-local cross-functional teams-
- Develop innovative digital solutions to bring alive the brand POV across projects-
- Establish best in class strategy and executions across social and Influencer marketing with framework and analytics to build brand love-
- Drive thought leadership and platform enhancements of beauty tech and achieve ambitious users acquisition targets. This includes platform development which entails extensive collaborations with retail partners, chatbot developers, local brand teams, R&D, centralized digital and data centers of excellence-
- Leads brand’s various internal and external PR initiatives-
- Lead World Congress of Dermatology participation for Beauty & Well-being Business Group-
- Budget setting and management across various digital workstreamsKEY REQUIREMENTS:
- With a min. 8 years of digital marketing experience on leading, executing and evaluating strategies and end-to-end digital campaigns-
- Prior experience/knowledge across these digital disciplines: influencer marketing, social media marketing, eCommerce, data-driven marketing, content, search and/or media buying, chatbot marketing-
- Background in handling digital and eCommerce for a beauty and/or skincare brand would be advantageous-
- Proved track record of digital marketing experience on leading, executing and evaluating digital strategies and campaigns-
- Prior experience/knowledge across these digital disciplines: influencer marketing, social media marketing, eCommerce, data-driven marketing, content, search and/or media buying, chatbot marketing-
- Interest in beauty and skincare would be advantageous-
- Strong team player with passion for growth-
- Analytical acumen and strategic thought leadership, proven learning ability and can-do attitude-
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal-
- Strong track record of delivering results-
- Able to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams-
- Self-starter able to work independently-
- Ability to manage and prioritize complex project deliverables and competing projects-
- Learns fast, be agile to adopt and master new technology or data system-
