Payroll Services Executive

**Our client is a reputable service provider who provides payroll services to their global clients in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**
- Involved in the full cycle of payroll services
- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of clients’ employees payroll
- Preparing payroll related reports
- Maintaining accurate payroll records, updating payroll information in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or payroll software, generating payroll reports, and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to payroll.
- Compliance: Staying up-to-date with payroll laws, tax regulations, and other legal requirements related to payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries from clients, addressing payroll-related concerns or issues, providing excellent customer service regarding payroll matter
- Ensure timely submission of IR8A, CPF, Make-Up Pay, Childcare Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, and other government related submissions.
- Performing other ad-hoc activities or administrative duties as required
**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years of payroll experience.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives
- Good analytical skills and resourceful
- Well-organized and able to multitask.
- Experienced in Singapore payroll compliance work is an advantage
- Work from office : Town area
- Official hours : Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm with 1 hr meal break
