1. Conduct visual inspection on fixed equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks) and piping Inspection

2. Verify the equipment, piping and its supports installed as per the approved drawing

3. Capture the deviation and report to Client Engineering Team

4. Prepare baseline inspection and thickness measurement plan for fixed equipment and Piping

5. Identify baseline inspection locations(CML)

6. CML should be selected to drive mechanical integrity and mitigate potential risk.

7. Ensures effective CML coverage and placement by determining the most appropriate monitoring locations on an asset

8. Lead the NDT team and provide clear instructions for the thickness measurement plan.

9. Prepare and submit the Inspection reports for individual Equipment and Piping systems progressively.

REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine, Oil and Gas Industries

2. Minimum one Baseline Inspection project completion experience

3. Qualified as API 510 and API 570 Inspector

4. Qualified As ASNT Level II in UT will be prepfereabel
