**The Opportunity**
We are currently recruiting for **Lead Inspectors **. Successful applicants are expected to be flexible to work in all geographic location however the initial posting will be in Singapore.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow all office related procedures and relevance.
- (Field) inspection work and rope access work as required
- Writing reports
- Support Inspectors and management
- Maintain all relevant qualifications by ensuring re-certification as appropriate
- Ensure that daily meetings are taking place on the rig with rig personnel.
- Ensure daily reports are accurate and detailed
- Work as a team member supporting all staff and maintaining HSE and QA management systems
- Promote and represent the employer professionally and competently
- Comply with the steps of the service within the quality plan for the service to be provided
- Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors / management
**Essential Qualifications**:
- Technical experience
- Certifications meeting the industry standards and applied position
- IRATA level I minimum
- Current NDT Level 2 (PCN or ASNT)
- API - Offshore crane inspection
- Qualified lifting gear inspectors (LEEA or equivalent) would be ideal, but not mandatory
- BOSIET and UKOOA offshore medical
- Experience in Oil and Gas - upstream inspection company
- An excellent command of verbal and written English skills.
- Experience of multi-tasking in a busy environment and be a team player.
- Ready to work at HEIGHTs
- A confident and resilient personality.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ and react quickly to changing situations.
- Preference shall be given for immediate joiners.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
- Preference would be for Singapore and Malaysian nationality considering the Visa requirement.
