responsible for the full lifecycle management of the Military Programs in APAC.
- Lead the pursuit and order capture of multiple Airborne programs.
- Knowledge of military avionics systems and systems engineering.

ALG is recruiting for a **Program Manager** for one of the world's largest supplier of aerospace and defence.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the Military Avionics and Helicopters Programs in the Asia Pacific region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the pursuit and order capture of multiple Airborne programs;
- Negotiation of international contracts and contract changes;
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract;
- Support the establishment of design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product development;
- Responsible for the total life cycle value stream of Airborne programs;
- Interact with partners, subcontractors and suppliers concerning strategic planning, teaming agreements etc.
- Responsible for the decision point process; coordinates responsibilities with other functional areas;
- Work collaboratively with business development to support the pursuit and acquisition of future business;
- Effectively networks internally and with the broader customer community.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, applied experience in military procurement, business, or program management.
- Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
- Knowledge of the military airborne industry.
- Written and oral command of the English language, fluency in Asian language(s) preferred.
- Experience working global business issues and leading a global team is desired.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse set of programs across the Airborne portfolio.
- Proven experience in capturing / winning military business
- Expectations for travel: up to 50%
- Prior experience in Program Management, Business Development, Engineering.
- Knowledge of avionics systems and systems engineering.
- Understanding of Pursuit and Order Capture Process.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management.
- Financial knowledge, particularly in income and cash flow statements.
