My client is an established global defence and security company with regional headquarters in Singapore looking for a Strategic Director to join their team

**Your new role**

As the Strategy and Marketing Director, you are required but not limited to:

- Formulate 5 years regional and country strategic plans to secure the organisation's position and growth in the market
- Manage interfaces with Global Business Units and exporting units to influence business plans
- Provide operational support for delivery of strategic actions such as partnerships, mergers and acquisitions etc
- Identify growth opportunities, organic and inorganic and prepare insights and recommendations for improvements or reviews
- Utilise business intelligence data on market segment or geographical organisation
- Support promotion action to the sales team
- Play an active role in defining best solutions in addressing customer needs

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Comes with Master's Degree in Business administration
- Minimally 10 - 15 years of experience in a similar MNC and consulting firm
- Strong knowledge and delivery of strategic actions such as Merger and Acquisitions, Partnerships etc
- Fluency in French is a bonus to communicate with global stakeholders
- Experience leading a team
- Familiar with mature and emerging markets across the APAC region
