**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Partner with Group Strategy Directors across multiple brands to infuse social-first thinking into all brand initiatives
- **Social Transformation Leadership**: Drive the shift from traditional marketing approaches to genuine social-centric brand building
- **Platform Strategy Excellence**: Develop platform-specific strategies that maximize each channel's unique capabilities and audience behaviour
- **Strategic Partnership Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with platform partners to gain early access to new features and innovations
- **Team Capability Development**: Uplift the entire team's social capabilities through knowledge sharing and collaborative learning
- **Client Education & Advocacy**: Partner with clients to build understanding and buy-in for social-first approaches
- **Collective Insight Development**: Work across teams to identify cross-platform insights that inform better social strategies
- **Integration Champions**: Ensure social strategies integrate seamlessly with brand platforms and broader marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- 10-12 years' experience in social strategy with demonstrated expertise in:
a. Collaborative partnership with brand and creative teams

b. Driving social transformation across multiple brands simultaneously

c. Building strategic relationships with platform partners

d. Elevating team capabilities through knowledge sharing
- Deep understanding of how social platforms create business impact:
a. Platform-specific content optimization strategies

b. Paid-organic integration approaches

c. Performance analysis and optimization

d. Algorithm understanding across major platforms
- Proven ability to translate brand strategies into platform-specific social approaches
- Experience working in collaborative team environments rather than siloed structures
- Background in helping brands transition from traditional to social-first marketing approaches
- Track record of building strategic consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
