**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst in Insurance industry to support the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns within the Rewards Application platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Campaign Design & Documentation: Define campaign logic, user flows, rules, and success metrics. Ensure all documentation is clear, complete, and aligned with business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with product, engineering, QA, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of campaign initiatives.
- Development Support: Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements, address functional questions, and ensure accurate implementation.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and support UAT activities—including test planning, execution, defect logging, and validation—with business users.
- Production Rollout: Assist in campaign go-live activities, ensuring all dependencies are met and the rollout is successful.
- Issue Identification & Resolution: Monitor post-launch performance, identify errors or gaps, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest process enhancements to improve campaign effectiveness and delivery timelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with UAT coordination and test case creation.
- Understanding of loyalty, rewards, or marketing campaign workflows.
- Experience in Insurance industry is good to have.
