Pastry Chef

**Responsibilities**:

- **Cake Decoration**:

- Design, create, and decorate cakes using various techniques like buttercream, fondant, and chocolate work.
- Customize cakes based on client specifications and special themes (e.g., birthdays, weddings).
- **Cake Making**:

- Prepare cakes and other baked goods following recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain accurate measurements of ingredients to ensure high-quality output.
- **Operational Tasks**:

- Monitor inventory for baking and decorating supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill large-scale orders efficiently.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Discuss designs with customers to meet their expectations.
- Provide guidance on cake flavors, designs, and decorations.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in cake decorating techniques and pastry arts.
- Knowledge of baking procedures and recipes.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure, especially during peak seasons.

**Working Conditions**:
