**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of cakes, pastries, fillings, and other bakery items.
- Support the Head Pastry Chef in executing recipes and ensuring consistency and quality.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and guidance.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and chillers.
- Help with finishing, garnishing, and packaging baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing baking supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure timely preparation of pastry items for daily production and orders.
- Support team during peak production and festive seasons.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a pastry kitchen or baking environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry production.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
