Job Functions & Summary:
Responsible for accounts receivable and revenue tracking.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handle invoice billings.
2. Perform income audit on F&B Outlets.
3. Update revenue details in the worksheets.
4. Perform daily checks on revenues and receipts.
5. Perform banking & cashiering duties.
6. Handle and follow-up on member’s enquiries.
7. Handle cheques & internet banking and update receivable.
8. Handle credit card standing instruction via 3rd party gateway.
9. Update of credit card details in financial system / expiry date.
10. Assist monthly closing for accounts receivable.
11. Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices and credit memos.
12. Data entry of sales invoices (manual chits).
13. Assist in monthly sending Statement of Account.
